Valere Kelp Pepper is a pure, natural, New Zealand product! We harvest the Kelp, Macrocystis pyrifera (giant kelp)from the sea and naturally air dry it to help it retain its goodness and flavour. Nothing is added to it and only water is removed. Kelp Pepper is a very rich souce of iodine.
